All sales are final.

Every piece at Lotus Edition is handpicked in small quantities, so we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
